Lucy Sam is a dedicated advocate for bridging scholarship, practical experience, and spiritual inquiry within the transpersonal field. Holding an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, as well as a BA (Hons) in Informal Education (Youth Work, Community Learning & Development), Lucy brings a solid academic foundation and a passion for translating research into impactful, real-world practice. Her work, including a published article in the Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology Journal, reflects her dedication to continually deepening and refining the understanding of human potential.

With extensive experience as a senior event and project manager, Lucy has overseen initiatives focused on psychology, psychotherapy, wellbeing, and spiritual development for diverse age groups. She has played pivotal roles in organizing high-profile events, including Eurotas 2024: Creative Bridges Conference in Oxford—jointly conducted by the Alef Trust, Eurotas, and the British Psychological Society—and the ATP 50th Anniversary Conference in California. In her current role at the Alef Trust, Lucy supports academic and certificate programmes, ensuring that emerging practitioners have the guidance they need to excel.

Beyond her organizational and academic contributions, Lucy is a transpersonal life coach, energy healer, Reiki master, yoga teacher, and conscious living guide. As the founder of Conscious Living with Lucy, she specializes in empowering women to embrace holistic wellbeing and spirituality. Her recently launched podcast, “Conscious Living with Lucy,” further amplifies this mission, highlighting practitioners who inspire others to live with greater intention, authenticity, and alignment with their true selves.
